Registration Quarter Distance Triathlon
Age restriction
Registration is open to anyone 18 years or older capable of safely completing a triathlon of equal or greater distance as the Ocean Lava Lanzarote Quarter Triathlon in the allotted time.
Licence
Each competitor needs a licence. You can buy a Spanish Licence valid for the event for 10 €.

Refund Policy
- Any athlete wishing a refund may do so via written request by e-mail.
- Refund will be 50 €.
- Any request sent to us after the 8th of August will not be considered for a refund.
- Contact the organization to pass your entry to a friend or to use it for next year.

Race number and package pickup
Please bring the following to the race number pick up:
- Passport or ID
- Triathlon licence or 10 € for a one day licence
Race package
- Wristband (required at the entrance of transition area)
- Race numbers for bike helmet (to place on front and on the left side)
- Race numbers for bike (to place your bike’s frame)
- Race numbers & safety pins for run course.
- ChampionChip & strap for for run course.
- If you’ve your own chip you must bring it to the race number pick up and record it.

- Swim cap
Age groups
Each age group is divided into male and female one year age groups: ...1972, 1973, 1974, 1975, 1976...
The winners of each agegroup receive the Agegroup Champions Medal.
