Cafe La Ola in Puerto del Carmen has been chosen to be the place to celebrate the first part of the evening, the awards dinner of the Ocean Lava Lanzarote Triathlon.
We invite you to experience our unique and very special gastronomic experience! Cafe La Ola is a nook by the sea where any occasion becomes something unforgettable.
A delicious dinner including food, soft drinks, beer and wine and Ironman Hawaii live transmission on a big screen for only 25 € (10 € for kids).

Age groups
To make the awards fair we present the new one year age group regulation: Each age group is divided into male and female sections. The winners of their agegroup will receive the Agegroup Champion Medal.
The agegroups are divided as follows: ....,1972, 1973, 1974, 1975, 1976 a.s.o
No overall winner will be awarded the age group champion of the year medal.
Relay Teams (Half Distance Triathlon)
We will crown the winning team of each category (women, men & mixed).
Each relay participant that finishes the Ocean Lava Lanzarote Triathlon will be given a finisher medal and a Finisher T-Shirt.
The relay team can run together the last 100 metres as a team, to celebrate the finish of the Ocean Lava Lanzarote Triathlon.
Any cash or prizes remaining at the awards banquet not collected by the athlete at that time will be forfeited.
